Ms. Mills instructs the basic, intermediate and advanced techniques for nunchucks. She begins by teaching gripping, catching, and figure 8s. Ms. Mills will then explain the more advanced moves including up-downs, basic strikes, hand rolls, and combinations of each technique.

Then you will finally have the opportunity to practice all of those techniques in the dark, and watch the fun glow.
