Ms. Mills has been training in martial arts since 1995. She began her training in Tae Kwon Do where she quickly excelled on the tournament circuit. Ms. Mills excels at both the Nunchaku and the Escrima sticks but says that her favorite things about the martial arts are the workouts, discipline, traditions, and the culture behind it all. |
