Our Hockessin studio hosted our “Safety Day” class this past Saturday, September 30th. The Hockessin Fire Company arrived with their specialized Hummer and taught the children all about fire safety. They even got to take turns squirting water from the fire hose! The Delaware State Police were in attendance doing fingerprinting for the children.

Our big highlight was the DSP helicopter landing and letting the kids climb around and learn about what it does. Special thanks to DSP aviator Tom McKeown for arranging that very special visit! Class was finished with a “Stranger Danger” seminar taught by Master Watters. It was a great opportunity to educate the kids about some very important issues.
